Softened Water

We guarantee the softness of water will always be less than one degree irrespective of the amount of water you use.

Scale Removal

We guarantee that our softened water will remove the scale in your kettle within 6 weeks, from around your heat exchanger within 6 months and from ALL your pipework within 2 years. We also guarantee that the gradual dissolving of the existing lime scale will not cause any leaks.

Cash Savings

We guarantee that the reduction in soap powder and cleaning products will be more than 50%. We guarantee that the removal of scale from heat exchangers will reduce your heating bill by the amount shown in the 1949 Government Report by the ministry of Health.

Guarantee

We guarantee the water softener against faulty parts and workmanship in accordance with the manufacturer’s guarantee. Our installations are guaranteed for 12 months parts and labour.

Approval

All our water softeners have been tested by the W.R.A.S. and have passed their stringent examinations. This certifies their suitability for home use.

Ownership

The machine remains the sole property of Softflow Essex Limited until all payment has been received. Payment is due in full no later than the day of installation unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We guarantee to give all your money back if you change your mind within 60 days of installation (less the cost of installation).
