Water Softener Installation Essex

Where it’s installed

Fits under the kitchen sink

The TwinTec Cobalt water softener needs to be plumbed into your water system at a point where it can interrupt your home’s water supply as it enters your property, as close to the rising main/stopcock as possible.

Measuring 48.7cm high, 20.2cm wide and 43.8cm deep, they are most often installed under the kitchen sink.  During the initial surveywe will help you choose the best location for the softener.  We will also be able to indicate how long it will take to install the water softener at your property.

On the day of the installation, our engineer will arrive with the information given to you at the time of the survey, showing him exactly where to install the softener. We do not need an electrical feed as the TwinTec Cobalt is non-electric!  Included within the installation is a separate drinking water tap as standard as some of our customers choose not to drink softened water.  This can sit next to your existing tapor you can opt to purchase a three way tap, giving you soft hot/cold and drinking water all from one tap.

Once installation is complete, the engineer will pop 4 blocks of salt into the softener and within a few days your entire home will start to feel the benefits of softened water.

You may not need a water softener but if you wish to improve the quality of your drinking water you may wish to consider a water filter.
