Softflow Water Softeners is a family business started nearly 35 years ago by their parents and now run by Ben and Matt Ager.
We are the leading water softener supplier, located in the heart of Essex. Our focus is on delivering the highest level of customer service in an honest and friendly manner. We have a wonderful team that will help you at every step of your softened water journey.
This is Matt.
With his brother Ben they run Softflow together. Matt looks after the sales and marketing. Matt has been in the industry since he was 16 years old with a wealth of knowledge he can draw on. He has a passion for rugby with a playing career for over 30 years then he went into coaching and is now the president of the club he has always been part of.
This is Ben.
With Matt they run Softflow together. Ben looks after the installation and servicing team, making sure that the installers not only have the latest equipment, but the training to keep his incredible high standards. He is one of the best engineers in the industry, to quote the head engineer at the manufacturers. Ben has recently taken up motorcycling to which he thoroughly enjoys.
This is Lorraine.
Matt’s wife and her role is to help deal with the day-to-day admin for us. Focused on new customers, making sure that referrals are followed up and customer support for you. Her passions are her family and making the most of her holidays. Proud to have you on the team.
This is Karen.
Wife of Ben, her role is slightly different to Lorraine’s focusing on replacement filters, other services and looking after customer care for us at Softflow. With her hard work and dedication, it makes operations run smoothly. So, if you need a replacement filter Karen is here to assist. Proud to have you on board.
This is Gillian.
Her main role is looking after the accounts and ordering within Softflow. Her passions are her new grandchildren which she adores, then her little man, Javier, as you can see from the picture.
This is Lily.
Lily joined us a couple of years ago. Her role is to help when you call. With her bright smile, she has a fabulous telephone manner and is always willing to listen and go the extra mile. Her passions are her family, caring and helping others. It’s a pleasure to have her as part of the team.
This is Brad.
He joined us a teenager at the age of 17 straight from college. He became our apprentice going through all the levels of plumbing training. He has taken his plumbing to another level with his installations being second to none. We are very proud to have him with the team. He has various hobbies like fishing and playing rugby, he has a great future in front of him.
This is Lewis.
Lewis has been with us at Softflow for a couple of years working with Brad to install the water softeners. He is our apprentice going through his plumbing training. He’s a keen football player, the wrong shaped ball, we can’t hold that against him! Lewis has recently become a father which he has taken to like a duck to water and enjoys being a dad. Again, a pleasure for him to be part of the team.
This is Leia.
Leia joined us also a couple of years ago. Her role is to deliver the salt and other items you can order from us either via the website or when you call. Her hard work is always appreciated. Her passions are cooking, her friends, family and also her dog Albert.
Excellent system, enhanced by easy low maintenance. It has been wonderful for washing clothes, showering and supporting our central heating system. There is nothing not to like about the system.
