Professional from start to finish. After much investigating as to the pro’s and con’s of water softeners and some visits by some different company representatives to survey our property we decided to go with Softflow due to Matts very knowledgeable, no pressure explanation, of which of their products would best suit our needs. We went with the Cobalt unit and it has really opened our eyes as to the advantages and pleasures of having a water softener fitted. Ben and his lady assistant arrived on time, fitted the softener in our chosen position, left our kitchen cold tap on the mains water as we had requested ( although being a dual tap we did not know if they would be able to do that ) but put the softened water to the hot side which we have found a real boon. Showering and washing is now a far more pleasurable experience and we no longer have unsightly limescale deposits on the glass of our shower or around the taps and sinks. Ben made sure that everything was explained as to the workings of the unit ( really simple and maintenance free actually ) and apart from dropping in the salt blocks from time to time we now just sit back and enjoy the luxury of softened water which feels silky soft, the dry skin on my face and legs has disappeared already! Using a local experienced company that is on the end of the phone if we need them has added to our peace of mind and we would thoroughly recommend this friendly family firm without hesitation.
